Microsoft showed the Windows-computer in the form of a telephone charging

The Taiwan producer of Quanta created the tiny computer on the basis of Windows 10 in the form of the power unit. At the beginning of this month at the Computex exhibition in Taipei the Microsoft company showed a number of the devices supporting the Windows 10 operating system. Among them there was a Compute Plug computer in size with the ordinary charger for the smartphone. The device has two ports USB and one HDMI.

About Compute Plug it is known a little, but as reported Microsoft, the mini-personal computer can be switched on in any socket of the American standard and is connected to the TV. It will turn the TV into the clever computer which can be operated by means of the digital assistant to Cortana through a Bluetooth-font.

The voice assistant to Cortana on the basis of the search engine Bing can be also used on mobile devices under control of iOS and Android.

It should be noted that in the Quanta portfolio already there is one minicomputer in size with a flash card. NH1 uses Windows 8.1, the Intel Bay trail T-CR chip, 3 Gbytes of random access memory and the store in volume of 64 Gbytes.

It seems that supercompact personal computers become a trend. In January of this year after Lucoms Daewoo the Intel company let out the personal computer in the form of a flash card. Unfortunately, any of these devices did not use Cortana as a control system.

Compute Plug not the unique mini-personal computer under control of Windows 10. On the same platform Foxconn Kangaroo with the built-in battery independent work and the scanner of fingerprints functions at 6 o’clock. The device is also intended for transformation of television panels into the personal computer.

Supporters of minicomputers consider that these devices can win wide popularity in developing countries as consume less energy, offer sufficient computing capacity, and also possibility of voice-activated control.
